1. Who we are
Hrfti ("we", "us") is an independent Moroccan platform that connects customers with verified service providers (plumbers, electricians, AC technicians, cleaners, and similar trades). Operated from Casablanca with users across Morocco and the diaspora.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, role (customer or technician), language preference, theme preference.
- Technician data (additional): full name, phone number (verified by SMS / OTP), specialty, city, profile picture, location coordinates (used only for radius search; precise coordinates are never shared with customers).
- User-generated content: reviews, technician responses, chat messages.
- Device data: push notification tokens, app version, OS version, crash logs.
- Subscription data (technicians only): RevenueCat user ID and entitlement status. Apple / Google handle the actual payment processing, Hrfti never sees your card details.
3. How we use it
- To run the marketplace (matching customers with technicians).
- To send transactional emails (welcome, verification, password reset, subscription confirmations).
- To deliver push notifications relevant to you (new review on your profile, trial expiring soon).
- To improve the product (anonymous crash analytics via Sentry).
- To comply with legal obligations under Moroccan Law 09-08 and EU GDPR.
4. Legal basis (GDPR / Moroccan Law 09-08)
We process your data: (a) to perform our service contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), (b) to comply with legal obligations (6(1)(c)), and (c) on the basis of your explicit consent for advertising and analytics (6(1)(a)).
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Firebase / Google Cloud, our infrastructure provider (data stored in
europe-west1region, Belgium). - RevenueCat, subscription state synchronisation for technicians.
- Sentry, anonymous crash reporting.
- Apple / Google AdMob, advertising shown to customers (technicians never see ads). Subject to your consent (ATT on iOS, UMP on EU Android).
- Hostinger, sender of transactional emails from
admin@hrfti.com.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR and Moroccan Law 09-08, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your account and data, see the delete-account page.
- Export your data in a portable format (Article 20 GDPR).
- Object to specific processing activities.
- Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of past processing.
7. Children
Hrfti is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes to this policy
We will notify users in-app and via email of material changes to this policy at least 30 days before they take effect.
