Terms of Service

Final terms pending legal review. The clauses below describe the platform rules at launch.
1. The service
Hrfti is a marketplace that connects customers with independent technicians (plumbers, electricians, AC technicians, cleaners, and similar trades). Hrfti is not a party to any work agreement entered into between a customer and a technician. Hrfti does not employ technicians, does not collect payment for the work itself, and does not warrant the quality of any specific service performed.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Technicians must be legally allowed to perform the trade they advertise.
- One account per natural person. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
3. Customer accounts
Customer accounts are free. We may show advertising banners inside the customer-facing parts of the app to support the service. You can delete your account at any time from the in-app Profile screen.
4. Technician accounts & subscription
- Technicians receive a 3-month free trial, after which a $14.99 / month subscription is required to remain visible in customer search results.
- Subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play Billing, Hrfti never receives your card details.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If your subscription lapses, your profile is hidden from search but is not deleted; resubscribe at any time to restore visibility.
- No commission is charged on individual jobs, only the flat monthly subscription.
5. Reviews
- Customers may leave a review on any technician they have hired.
- Reviews are editable for 5 minutes after submission. After that they are frozen.
- Technicians may publicly respond to any review about them at any time.
- Hrfti reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these terms (spam, harassment, defamation, illegal content).
- Buying or trading reviews is prohibited and results in immediate suspension.
6. Communication
Hrfti exposes call, WhatsApp, and in-app chat options between customers and technicians. Off-platform conduct is the parties' responsibility. Hrfti retains in-app chat messages to support moderation if abuse is reported.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
- Fraudulent listings (fake credentials, impersonation, ghost listings).
- Circumventing the platform to avoid the subscription (e.g., advertising contact details on the customer side).
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempts to access other users' data.
8. Account suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Repeat offenders may be permanently banned. You may also terminate your account at any time from the Profile screen.
9. Liability
Hrfti is provided "as is". We disclaim liability for the conduct or work quality of independent technicians, to the extent permitted by Moroccan and applicable EU law. Our maximum aggregate liability to a paying technician is limited to the subscription fees paid by that technician in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. EU users retain the consumer-protection rights guaranteed by their country of residence.
